Every session is designed to push you past your limits. Short rest periods, high intensity, constantly improving to realize you're capable of more than you think. My job is to get you there.
Session Options: 30 minutes ($25) or 1 hour ($40)
What to Bring: Hand wraps, water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. Boxing gloves are available to borrow.
Typical Session: We'll start with a warmup, discuss your goals and preferences, move into technical drills or conditioning work based on your goals, and finish with a cooldown. Every session is tailored to you.
Never thrown a punch? Perfect. We start with the basics and build from there.
All fitness levels welcome. Sessions adapt to where you're at and where you want to go.
